How do I place an order?
To place an order in our webshop at the moment you only have to e-mail your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 24 hours to help you place your order.
Payment and Shipping
For the moment we only take preorders or orders with an invoice. Our webshop will be up and running soon and then we'll have a wider range of payingoptions. We ship to Europe (2-3 weeks) and most other countries on request (3-4 weeks) depending on our current stock. Since we make the cushions by hand and they are made to order in a small factory here in Sweden a queue can form and there can be a waitinglist for our items. We have a limited edition of 150 mini-art cushions per print. If you have problems placing your order, special demands or if you have been waiting and waiting for your packedge to arrive- please let us know through our contact form on this site and we will help you further. All shippingcosts are paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
You have 2 weeks time or 14 days to regret your Mini-Art purchase (from the time you recieve your order) and get a full refund on your items. The terms and conditions for that is- that our products are unused, in their casing and in the same pristine condition as when you recieved them. You can notify us through our contact form on this site if something isn't to your liking and we will help you further. Our policy is that the customer pays for all shippingcosts regardless if it concearns recieving or returning a product. If your product is damaged or defect in any way please let us know immediately. Always have proper documentation of your problems so we can help you quickly.
